I do not offer any refunds on services and comics! All sales are final.
It is rare for a book to be damaged during any of the processes I perform, but there is a possibility it could happen. I take every precaution to prevent damage from occurring.
However, due to the interactive nature of pressing, damage is always a potential risk. This typically happens with comic books in fragile condition, such as those that are tanned or brittle, have spines with splits, loose paper around the staples, or pieces that are barely attached. Since it’s impossible to guarantee that damage won't occur, I cannot be held liable for split spines, covers or pages detached from staples, or any detached pieces.
By sending your books to me for cleaning & pressing, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential damage, understanding that I cannot be held legally or financially responsible for any damage that might occur during handling or as a result of the processes applied to your book.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If any damage occurs due to my mistake, I will do everything to find a satisfying solution for you.
By sending your books to me for grading, you acknowledge and accept that shipping carries inherent risks, including potential damage or loss. You understand and agree that I am not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping or the grading process.
I will always insure the shipment for the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the comics. This can, in some cases lead to an increase of the shipping costs.
Prices for grading services may vary from time to time. This due to the exchange rate of the $, shipping costs & shipping insurance.
